I’m Jillian Hosey, Trauma Specialist
I’m a clinical social worker and trauma therapist with extensive experience providing assessment and treatment to clients of all ages who are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, and complex trauma.
My background is in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).
